We are located at 16 Waterloo Street Narrabeen, next to The Whole Leaf Cafe.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes, we do! Gift vouchers can be purchased both in-store and online.

Alternatively, you can allocate a time slot here via our online booking system to ensure we are available and not with a client when you visit.

I popped by the salon, but you weren’t there during opening hours?

Apologies if you missed us! As we are by appointment only, please contact us prior to popping by the salon to ensure we are available. You can organise appointments and collection times via our online booking system. If you wish to pick up a product or a physical voucher, please book a time here. I’m currently taking Roaccutane. Will you treat me?

This depends on what service you would like to have. Roaccutane is a strong prescription drug that has a very serious effect on the skin. Waxing + invasive treatments are not recommended during or six months post Roaccutane treatment. Suitable treatments include: PRIN Lymphatic Facial, Signature Facial, Express Facial, Tinting and LED Therapy (with consent from your healthcare professional). To avoid any misunderstandings/accidents, please ensure you let your therapist know if you stop or begin any Roaccutane treatment.

Do you offer Afterpay?

Yes, by bianca. Skin and Beauty offers Afterpay in-store.

Can I be treated if I’m pregnant / breastfeeding?

Yes! Most of the treatments we offer are suitable for pregnant/breastfeeding clients. You will always be notified if you cannot get a specific treatment whilst pregnant/breastfeeding.

We recommend seeking advice from your healthcare professional regarding treatments while pregnant/breastfeeding prior to booking.

Can I bring my child to my appointment?

Out of courtesy to each client who visits by bianca. Skin and Beauty, we kindly ask that you do not bring any children under the age of 10 to the salon (including newborns and prams). Whilst we understand it can be tricky to organise your little ones, our space is not child-safe or appropriate at this point in time.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all appointment changes/cancellations. Fail to notify us of any changes outside of the 24 hour window and there will be a 50% appointment fee charged to your card on file. No-shows will be charged a 100% appointment fee and blocked from making further online bookings.
