Meet The Founder

Bianca is an experienced Beauty Therapist with eight years of dedicated practice in the industry. She strives to establish deep connections with each of her clients, taking the time to understand their unique needs and desires to craft an experience that nurtures the mind, body and soul.

Bianca discovered her passion for Advanced Skin Therapies in 2018, after she took a step back from traditional Beauty Therapy treatments and started working with more complex skin conditions. It soon became apparent to her that topical treatments only went so far and that a holistic approach was required in most cases to clear the skin.

After this, Bianca saw a gap in the market and an opportunity to further her knowledge in the industry. She began investing more in training and education, mainly to help those who were left feeling disheartened and defeated by their skin. This step forward allowed her to build a loyal clientele base and eventually open her own business in 2021.

Today, Bianca has established a reputation that embodies honesty, professionalism and a high level of care for each individual client, making by bianca. Skin and Beauty a well-known and trusted Skin Clinic on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

By incorporating education into our work, we allow our clients to take home valuable information from their sessions and, as a result, help them make informed decisions outside of the clinic to support their skin and overall well-being wherever they go.

We don’t believe in pushing retail and simply selling for profit but rather, prescribing treatments, supplements and at-home products that we know will help our clients put their best face forward.
